Let's have the happy days back again. The days were vampires were friends and Lillian was still around to tease and annoy him.
Letting out a sigh the black haired guy walked down the street of the little town. He had his hands behind his head and was actually quite enjoying the town. It reminded him of his own little town that he had left far behind. Letting out a long sigh the man kept walking and soon he would finally reach the end of it. He had heard that vampires were common in these parts and hopefully he would be here. It was to horrible to even remember his name. Closing his eyes some Kuro continued down the street while not watching were he was going.

The sun had just set and Hiashi was out enjoy the freedom of the darkening night. She planned on going to the town tonight, not to eat but explore, have fun with humans trying to see if they will think she is human. She was wearing a pair of glasses she had stole. They had a blue tint to them so it is hard to see her red eyes behind the lenses.
She was also wearing a long white trench coat (something she has stolen too) to make her look like she was cold in the cooling weather. Where in fact being a vampire she is never really cold or hot. She just wanted to blend in more. She also chose white because most vampires would wear black, but not her.
She walked out of an ally and leaned sat on the ground watching the people who went by. She was looking for someone she could probably trick well. Her eyes caught a black haired guy walking her way, and to her he wasn't really watching where he was going.
She smirked and stood up whipping the dirt off of her which had gathered on her coat when sitting. She walked out into his path and stood sideways pretending to admire the buildings' architecture. She watched out of the corner of her eye when he walked toward her, and she backed up some noticing she wasn't in his path before.
She backed up right in front of him when he got close to her. She has good balance since she is a vampire, but she fell anyways to act "more human" in a way. She looked at the guy and spoke quietly, not her normal nature thats for sure. I am so sorry sir. I didn't see you when I was backing up.

Ya, the guy really wasn't thinking about were he was going but wouldn't you usually when you had a large sword strapped to your back? The man, for that is what he had become through the years, had learned to use his sword and, most of the time, forgot that he even had it on him. Most of the villagers of the towns that he had gone through didn't seem it odd to see someone with a sword walking around, but most women left him alone because of that. Wearing the sword meant, atleast to Kuro, that he had sworn to take that vampires live. But, having the added benefit of the women leaving him alone was another reason why Kuro wore his overly large sword.
Though, without even thinking about it, when the somewhat older looking women fell into his path Kuro held out his arms to have her fall into them. Listening to what she said with only half of his mind Kuro did believe what she had said, considering he hadn't even noticed that she had gotten into his path until she had almost fallen. "That is fine. I really should have been looking were I was going." Kuro said while helping her to stand up. It wasn't that he didn't like holding her, it was just that he wanted to be able to see her better. She really was pretty extraordinary looking, but really the tattooed man didn't care much for that. Kuro had never really looked much at other women since Lillian and so he really didn't why she couldn't be so pretty.
"Do you need any help to get somewhere? I have time enough to help you get there." Kuro really did mean what he had said, he did have the time to help her. Plus, she seemed to make him want to talk some.

Hiashi couldn't really believe that the guy had caught her. 'That is fine. I really should have been looking were I was going.' She heard him say to her. Wow this was working well at the moment. As far as she can tell he didn't suspect her to be a vampire. She smiled (not showing her teeth) at him when he helped her stand.
That also was surprising to her. She hasn't really gotten used to hanging around humans, and never new their customs, but she has watched them. And most of the time she doesn't see humans interact like that at all. 'Do you need any help to get somewhere? I have time enough to help you get there.' She heard him ask taking her thoughts to an end. She only shook her head. Nope. I am not going anywhere just looking around since I have never been here before. Now that was a lie, but did she care? Nope, she didn't care at all.
She then had a chance to actually look at him close. She saw his sword attached to his back, one thing she missed earlier. Another thing was his tattoos. She never noticed them before, but to her they were interesting. She figured why not play with him and pretend to admire him. Worth a shot she figured. Do you practice often? She asked nodding her head toward the sword giving him the idea of what she was asking about.

Kuro had been keeping his ears open, she had his full attention, for what the women was going to say next. The man didn't really feel like staying in this town for much longer, but it was nice to actually meet another person who didn't care much that he had a sword. It was that or she just hadn't noticed it yet. Kuro really didn't care if she had noticed his sword or not, but besides wearing a sword most people didn't like that he wore a collar and had a tattoo of a dragon that started out on his face and went under his collar and then ended under his shirt. Lillian had always found the tattoo fascinating and the collar to be interesting.
The stories behind all three of those things, the collar, tattoo, and sword, were hidden from most people. But, what Kuro didn't know was that the villagers of the town's that he passed through always made up stories of him after he left. The villagers made up things like he was just a trouble maker all the way up to he was going on an adventure to save a princess.
So, she was also new to this town? Kuro would have guessed that she might live here, but apparently she didn't. Giving a shrug Kuro thought a moment before he talked again. "Maybe we could take a look around. I don't get company very often." Sure, it might sound like he was making excuses, but it really was, sadly, true. Even if he was the only one who knew the truth behind it.
When she started to look him over Kuro rubbed his dragon. It was a nervous habit of his, but it calmed him down some. It surprised him that the women asked about how much he practiced. Most of the opposite sex wouldn't care, but seeing someone that actually seemed interested besides just asking to be polite made Kuro want to talk to her more. "I try to practice every morning and night." Kuro replied while patting his sword's hilt.

It to her was weird, talking to a human and interacting the the it. She usually just found one ate it and left. But he was actually interesting to her, which was strange. 'To bad he isn't a vampire' she thought to herself. 'I could have fun with him then. Well I guess I still can.' She thought again.
'Maybe we could take a look around. I don't get company very often' Sounded nice to her. She shrugged though before speaking, Sure why not. I have nothing to loose. Being apart of the Canopus vampires, she doesn't really talk to anyone. 'Man have I gone this low? Talking to a human just to talk to someone? that is sad!' She questioned in her mind.
'I try to practice every morning and night' She heard him say. That was pretty good then. Yeah, I have a broadsword at home. But I don't practice much anymore, I got to bored practicing by myself. That is true for the most part. She does have a broad sword, but she hasn't stopped practicing, she still does. But that is when she thought about it. Human girls, usually don't practice sword-fighting. She just hopes He doesn't since anything fishy with that!

WhenKuro heard that she would have a look of the town with him the man could have been having a happy dance done in his mind, but all he did was give her a little smile. Smiling really wasn't done much by Kuro lately, but it felt nice to actually be smiling again. The last time he had smiled was when he had meet a little girl about a year ago. The man really felt sad that he hadn't done many things in years, but it was his own fault that he was punishing himself this way.
Hearing that she had a broad sword of her own made Kuro's smile grow even wider. "Someone to train on!" He didn't think it strange at all that she had a sword of her own. Lillian had also trained with a sword, just not a broad sword but a katana. When Kuro thought of that his face darkened some, but then he turned his eyes back to the girl in front of him. "Would you like to have a battle sometime? It would be nice to actually be able to practice with another human than by myself."
Suddenly another thought popped into Kuro's head. He still didn't know the other woman's name! Mentally smacking himself Kuro began to speak. "I am sorry I haven't introduced myself yet. My name is Kuro and who might you be?"

'Would you like to have a battle sometime? It would be nice to actually be able to practice with another human than by myself.' She heard him say. She was laughing in her head when she heard him think she was a human. 'If only you knew.' Went through her head. She would love to show him she is a vampire now, but won't. Training against him would be fun, and she will get her pain craving taken care of.
Yes, she is a pain freak. Loves pain to a certain degree. But knowing a pathetic human, if he cuts her and makes her bleed he would stop and feel sorry. Most humans are like that. But if he does she will attack again forcing him to defend himself. You know, a battle sounds fun. Haven't done one in a long time. Oh yes, this could work for her, she would love this.
Then as soon as he asked for her name she told him it. I am Hiashi. Funny thing is, she was just going to ask for it, but he beat her to it.

Yes!! She said that she would have a fight with him. Now, that really did make Kuro's day. It meant that he would be able to get even better with using his broad sword. And getting better meant having a better chance of killing that vampire. Fighting was what Kuro loved to do and he tried to get in a practice every chance he got, but with being a traveler it meant that he didn't have enough time to train.
Hiashi, what a pretty name. It was nothing like Lillian's but her paretns had been very old fashioned parents. Plus, Lillian had also gone by Lilly, her favorite flower, witch made Kuro wonder if Hiashi had any nicknames. Then his mind snapped back to their fight. "Just let me know when you want to fight. I will probably be around this town for the next couple of days." The man hadn't counted on staying, but if it meant that he would be able to get a fight in then he would stay for as long as it took.

But when will the battle be held? How long are we aloud. Any rules? These questions crossed her mind, but she didn't think twice about them or she didn't even think about saying them out loud. 'Just let me know when you want to fight. I will probably be around this town for the next couple of days.' She nodded to him. She almost said they could do it now, and she could run home to get her sword, but that would be weird if she ran home and back with in mere minutes. It would show she is a vampire.
How about tomorrow night? She asked him. After the sun goes down? And you can choose the location. She didn't want to pick the location and then him the time. If that happened he would choose when the sun was up and well, she wouldn't be alive much to fight him. She wanted to ask what they could see tonight since he has asked her to hang out, but she decided not.
